Based on our 20 years rich experience we have developed cost effective contamination free particle size reduction and dispersion techniques specific to mineral, oxide, electronics, battery, ceramic glazes, food, pharma, coatings, and other materials. We master both i.e. Wet and Dry grinding/milling for soft to hard and abrasive materials.

Ziroxmill-UFM Technology

Proven capabilities are established for particle size reduction 100% <30um to 100% <10um for various soft to hard materials including Silica, Calcite, Marble, Zircon, Feldspar, Kaolin, Clays, dyes, fillers, etc materials for dry grinding. The system is versatile to produce 100 mesh to 400 mesh powder also.

For paint application continuous powder production of Silica / Quartz, Marble.Clay, Barytes etc with 0.1%-0.4% retention over 500 mesh sieve is fully possible. Our system enhances the whiteness and tone on better side.

We owns India’s first commercial levels particle technology center and for witnessing the capabilities of our dry grinding system, interested can take trials for desired quantities on commercial quantities i.e. 10-100tons basis at our works before placing order.

Salient features of Ziroxmill-UFM technology:

	Feed size range- could be 0-100mm or 44-74um or finer 0-5mm or 0.1mm-0.9mm or mixed of available sizes.
	Versatile particle size range - using Single system for 100 mesh to 400 mesh and 10,20,30,40um powder production on D97 basis.
