Foundry Coatings
Zircon flours made out of ZiF premium zircon sand are suitable for use in high temperature coatings and washes, Excellent Ramming mixes for ladles, spouts and strainers for molten metals.
Investment Castings
Zif premium sieved zircon sand and zircon flours made are suitable for high temperature investment casting applications. The product properties can assure uniform mold thickness, stucco pickup and good drying between coats.
Zircon flour made out of Zif premium zircon sand is used in refractory shapes where high temperature resistance is required. Zircon refractories are generally made by dry pressing or slip casting with zirconium silicate. Zircon refratories are specially important for resistance to molten glass corrosion and erosion. It is also used in formulations of Refractory cements, washes for refractory slabs and ceramic rollers etc.
Zircon flour made out of Zif premium zircon sand is used in a variety of specialty glasses where the properties of zirconium silicate are compulsory. One important area is in the face plates of for the cathode ray tubes (TV Glass)

Milled micronized zircon and zirconium silicate products made out of Zif premium zircon sand are ideal for  applications which require an inert, finely milled heat and chemically resistant filler specially in Epoxy formulation, Encapsulating resins, Silicone, vinyl and other resins, used to increase thermal stability by diffusing localized heat and to raise electrical resistance and insulation values.
